Teach Children to save Day - Friday 12th April
As today is "Teach Children to save Day" we thought we would share some of our fabulous and fun money boxes for saving those precious funds. Perfect for your children, friends children, nieces, nephews, grandchildren.
Starting with a piggy bank is a way to teach the importance of saving, while giving them an easy way to do it. When your child is an adult they will be responsible for their own bank accounts. Open one for them and you can help them count and bag up their savings and take a trip to the bank to pay them in. You could suggest little jobs to help them save more, like doing extra chores, babysitting, doing work for neighbours....I'm sure you have your own ideas.
Making saving fun with one of our money boxes will be sure to get them hooked.
Our Twinkle Twinkle Teddy bear money box makes a great gift for a Baby Shower or Christening and will ensure they understand the importance of saving from birth. You can be the one to start them on their savings journey. Enclose a small donation to start their fund. We also have a Silver Bunny money box.
Who doesn't want a unicorn? Make you money magical with our "My Unicorn Fund" wether they are saving for an actual unicorn or more unicorn goodies for their collection.
Create good saving vibes and save for good times. If your kids save with this bright rainbow money box there really will be a pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow! We have lots more colourful rainbow newness for you to discover, go on chase the Rainbow.
For the more adventurous why not save with friends? Or for an epic adventure. Make it a game, buy one each for best friends and see who can save the most! Encourage them to keep a note of how much you have saved and with one of Rachel Ellen secret diaries.
Always lead by example with your very own money box!
