Returns Policy

Cancellations

Your right to cancel an order starts from the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods; you then have a further 14 days to return them to us.

If you wish to cancel your order in full, you MUST let us know via email at customerservices@morethanjustagift.co.uk to let us know of your intentions. This is to allow us to confirm the cancellation of good(s), as some items are exempt from this policy and cannot be accepted back, and to also ensure you have let us know within the time required by law; failing to this may alter your rights.

You will then need to return the whole order to us, in full, including any promotional items, with all goods in original packaging and as they were received; we have the right to make a deduction if the value of the goods have been reduced due to handling, this includes during transit back to us; the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please be advised, the cost of the return is at your own expense.

Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your return. You will also receive a refund for some, or all of your initial postage costs; we are required to refund our lowest standard delivery charges, which means if you paid postage, you will receive £3.99 back i.e. if you paid for next day delivery, you will only receive our standard rate back in postage costs.

If you decide after the 14 day cut-off that you would like to make a cancellation, please contact us for further assistance. Orders received after the cutoff point will be offered a credit note at our discretion.

Returns

Please find our company returns policy as follows:
Your right to return any item(s) from your order ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

If you wish to make a return, you must first email us at customerservices@morethanjustagift.co.uk to let us know of your intentions. This is to allow us to confirm the return of good(s), as some items are exempt from this policy and cannot be accepted back.

You will then need to return the item(s) to us, including any promotional items should your remaining order fall short of the requirement for said item(s), with all goods in original packaging and as they were received; we have the right to make a deduction if the value of the goods have been reduced due to handling, this includes during transit back to us; the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please be advised, the cost of the return is at your own expense and don't forget to include your name and order number (you'd be surprised!).

We do try our best to accept all returns, however in extreme cases we may reject the return; we are not responsible for anything returned to us by mistake.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive your return.


If you decide after the 14 day cut-off that you would like to make a return, 
please contact us at customerservices@morethanjustagift.co.uk. We will usually still accept the return, however a credit note may be given due to the return being outside of our usual window.

Exchanges

Please refer to our returns policy above. In addition, our exchange policy is as follows:

The exchanged item will be sent to the original delivery address, at no extra cost to yourself. However, should you wish to make additional exchanges after this, we will charge you additional delivery costs.

Please be advised, when you make an exchange, you can only use the monetary value which you paid for the item against another; the the value is any different, we can arrange a refund or see you an invoice for the additional costs.

Damages

In the unlikely event that a parcel or product arrives damaged, please contact us at customerservices@morethanjustagift.co.uk within 5 days of you receiving your order and include a photo where necessary, so we can advise how best to proceed. Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have a duty of care to return the item to us with any original packaging, as proof of any damages; please send a photo to us first of ALL damages as this will usually suffice, and we can then advise the best course of action. Please note you are required to keep all packaging for the item, as should we need to open an investigation with our courier, this will usually be collected by them. Failing to comply with the above will result in your claim being void.

Should an item become faulty within a reasonable amount of time, please feel free to email us at customerservices@morethanjustagift.co.uk and we can advise appropriately.


Exemptions

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earrings, unless faulty or damaged.

Personalised items made to your specifications are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations and therefore cannot be returned, unless faulty or damaged. 

Missing Items
