Delivery Info

We can send direct to the recipient with your gift message. We never include price information in our packages. Whichever service you choose, we always work to put a smile on your face and send out your gifts and cards as quickly as possible.

Year round, we offer a range of options including Next Working Day and Saturday Delivery. Standard delivery (free over £35 or £4.99) takes just two working days, fully tracked via DPD.


FREE over £40 (or £4.99 under £34.99) arrives within 2 working days via DPD.  

Fully trackable. You will receive an email notification of despatch including a DPD tracking number (please check your junk folder if you don’t receive this). On the day of delivery you’ll receive a text giving a one hour delivery window (usually by 11am).

There are also ‘In-flight’ options so you can take delivery in the way that suits you best. You can:

•Select an alternative delivery date
•Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
•Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
•Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop


£3.99 Available for certain smaller orders only. We always endeavour to despatch Royal Mail orders either same or next day. During peak times there may be issues due high levels of demand so delivery may occasionally take slightly more than the usual five working days. If you require your delivery for a specific date, then please choose DPD. 

Royal Mail Tracking

If you’ve selected Royal Mail delivery, you will receive an email notification from us to confirm despatch including a RM tracking number (please check your junk folder if you don’t receive this). This will confirm that it has been despatched and is on its way. Parcels are not trackable on their Royal Mail journey so tracking will only be updated when your package has been delivered or delivery has been attempted. Delivery will be contact free and you will be asked for your name as confirmation rather than being required to sign for it. 


You can collect your 'More Than Just a Gift' online order from Narborough Hall for free, just select "store pickup" at the first stage of checkout. The collection window is any time during our usually working hours which are Mon-Sat 9-5:30pm and Sun 10-5pm

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection, please wait for the confirmation email before collecting your order.

We do our best to ensure every order is ready to collect with in two working hours of ordering. Orders received when we are closed Sun-Fri will be ready at 11am the following day and orders placed on Saturday evening will be ready to collect from 12pm on Sunday (subject to stock availability).

If you need to order and collect right away, please get in touch, we will always do everything we can to help.

Please note, paying via an express checkout service (eg Paypal or ApplePay) will automatically alter the delivery address to your own and you may subsequently be charged for delivery (as the system is told delivery is to be made to an address other than our own). Don't worry, your order will be processed for collection and we will refund your postage for you.



Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and a customs fee may be charged in your home country for release of your order before delivery. We accept no liability for this import duties as they vary from country to country and our deliveries are not duty paid. 

Since 1st January 2020 and the end of the brexit transition period this also applies to all EU countries.
