Christmas/New Year Delivery
Please find below our cut-off times for our various delivery options, for delivery in time for Christmas.
Standard Delivery with Royal Mail - order by 12pm Thursday 20th December for delivery on or before Christmas Eve.
Standard Delivery with DPD - order by 11.59pm Friday 21st December for delivery on or before Christmas Eve.
Next Working Day Delivery - we are pleased to be able to extend our usual cut-off for next working day delivery, over the festive season; order by 12pm on Sunday 23rd December for delivery on Christmas Eve.
International Delivery - cut-off times vary per country, please contact us if necessary.
Please be aware that delivery will be attempted on/by Christmas Eve, we cannot be held accountable for failed delivery attempts due to no-one being at the address, for example.
Please be advised that any orders placed after the cut-off times stated above, are not guaranteed to arrive, or even be dispatched before Christmas. We are closed 25th December - 27th December inclusive and are unable to dispatch any orders during this time, this includes orders placed using our next working day delivery service. We will be dispatching orders on Friday 28th December and Monday 31st December on a first come, first served basis. Normal service will resume on Wednesday 2nd January. Please allow until Friday 4th for any orders placed between Christmas and New Year to arrive before contacting us.
Standard Delivery - from £1.99
The majority of orders are dispatched with DPD, the exception being smaller, lighter orders - see below for delivery information regarding these.
Our standard delivery service is free when you spend over £30, or just £3.99 otherwise, with delivery usually within 2-3 working days. You will be able to track your order and have a range of in-flight options available to you once your order is on its way, including being given a 1 hour delivery window of when you can expect your parcel to be delivered, and a range of options if you aren't going to be in i.e. leave with a neighbour, redeliver on a later date etc.
For smaller parcels the postage and packing is £1.99 and this will only appear as a delivery option on valid orders. These will be sent with Royal Mail and their 1st Class Signed for Service; delivery is estimated to take up to 3 days (excluding Sundays). Tracking is not available for this service, but it will show once your order has been dispatched and when delivery has been made/attempted. A signature will be required, so please note we cannot consider extra delivery preferences left at the checkout such as "leave in porch".
Saturday and Sunday Delivery- **CURRENTLY SUSPENDED DUE TO BLACK FRIDAY. Please call 0116 3848950 to enquire if you require this service.
We are pleased to be able to offer Saturday and Sunday delivery with DPD, priced at £7.99. Please order by 2pm on Friday for guaranteed weekend delivery. Orders placed after this time may not be dispatched in time; please contact us if you have any queries.
Next Working Day Delivery
The cost of next working day is £5.99. Order by 2pm Monday - Friday for delivery the next available working day ( please note this excludes Bank Holidays); orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the next day; please contact us if you have any queries. You will still have the same in-flight options offered by DPD as above when using this service.
Parcels to the Channel Islands will be sent via Royal Mail, either Signed For or by Special Delivery. Standard delivery is free when you spend £49.99 and above, or just £3.99 otherwise, with delivery usually within 5 working days.
Next working day delivery to the Channel Islands is £9.99. Order by 2pm Monday - Friday for delivery the next available working day ( please note this excludes Bank Holidays); orders placed after this time may not be dispatched until the next day; please contact us if you have any queries.
We have 2 international delivery options, depending on where you are, and you will be advised the appropriate delivery option during the checkout process.
Standard delivery to Europe is £9.99, with an estimated delivery time of 5-10 working days*.
Standard delivery to the rest of the World is £20, with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 working days*.
We regret that we cannot offer any express delivery options overseas.
*Sometimes delivery times may increase due to customs, for which we cannot be responsible for. We are also not responsible for any customs related charges.
Click & Collect
You can now collect your 'More Than Just a Gift' online order in our bricks and mortar store Narborough Hall for free, just select "store collection" as your delivery preference during the checkout process. Please note, paying via an express checkout message will alter your delivery address and subsequently charge you delivery.
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection; this is usually within a couple of hours, but due to multiple premises, we advise you wait for the confirmation email before collecting.
Should you give an invalid delivery address and your order is unable to be delivered and is returned to us, you will be charged a delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again. If your order has been accepted by the incorrect residents, you will have to place another order entirely if you wish for a replacement.
Likewise, should you give an incorrect delivery address and don't let us know before we dispatch your order, you will have to place a new order for us to resend the order to the correct address, in the case that we cannot retrieve the original delivery. We will refund the initial order costs (minus any delivery charges) if the first order is returned to ourselves.
If you are not available to receive your order and do not collect it from your local delivery office or arrange redelivery and it is returned to us, you will be charged another delivery fee if you wish for us to send your order out again.
