How do they work?
Free gifts will always be automatically added to your basket when you meet the criteria (so both you and we can easily see it). You may sometimes see a pop-up allowing you to choose a free gift to add to your basket, depending on the offer. Please note, the spend limit is calculated after any discount codes have been applied, and does not include delivery costs.
How long do they last?
This offer is run until a specified date or until stocks last, whichever is sooner. It's best you place your order as soon as you see the offer to avoid any disappointment.
My gift isn't showing, help!
If a free gift is not added to your cart, it may be that you don't meet the criteria - please check relevant promotional information for clarification. It could also mean that we no longer have stock and the offer has ended; we do endeavour to remove any promotional material as soon as stocks deplete, but over weekends this may not be done right away.
I want to return an item from my order, do I need to return my free gift?
If what you want to return means your order value falls below the threshold, we will require you to return the free gift also, or we'll deduct the cost of it from your return. Our returns policy requires you to contact us before you make a return, so we can advise if this is something you need to do at the time.
