To redeem a discount code, you need to enter it exactly as it has been given to you (case sensitive) during the checkout. It is with regret we cannot apply any discount codes to orders which have already been placed; you'll be shown an order summary before placing your order so you can double check that any discount codes you have applied have been actioned. 

You can only take advantage of one offer at a time; you can apply only one discount code per order (please note: this is the case with most retailers).

Discount codes do not work in conjunction with already discounted products.

Some discount codes have conditions with them, such as terms of usage or an expiry date; these will be mentioned along with the discount code. A discount code cannot be used after its expiry date.
